Wow - I am SOO Lucky! I'm a WM{squared} Designs August Guest!

I'm so excited (and such a bad blogger!) Anyways - I was one of the EXTREMETLY LUCKY ONES who got chosen to be a Guest CT for the month of August for Wendy of WM{Squared} Designs! I'm a huge fan of her work and was completely shocked when I got a spot! Needless to say - I'm going to take complete advantage and do my best for her this month!!

And for some reason the first thing I thought of when I saw all these pieces was Geocaching - I'm not sure if it was the colors or all the natural elements or what - but either way - I absolutely LOVED the way my layout turned out!! Check it out!

The footprint I got off the internet, along with the bootprints. The GPS was an elements in a kit from Misty O'Brien - which has since been retired. The template is from the August Template GrabBag from Jen C Designs - sold at Gingerscraps!

These bright cheerful colors (and the little glass of lemonade) reminded me of one of our trips to Kieler to visit the Snyder Family! I had a ton of fun using this kit and all the fun bright ellies to scrap these pages! (Little Green Frog Designs - Peanut Butter & Jelly Template)

See what I mean!?!? Am I extremely lucky or what?! I've had a blast working with Wendy already - and it's only been a week! Stay tuned for many more goodies I'm sure!

Autism Awareness Freebie Kits!

April is Autism awareness month! To celebrate all the children with Autism, and their loving and supportive families, Statements by Jodi and Ellie Lash have each made a kit for you to download for free! Happy Valentine's Day!

With Valentine's Day fast approaching - I thought I'd do last year's photos (even though its out of order and I'm not even caught up to that point :( Sigh...Someday - right? Anyways - Char came out with this AWESOME heart quilt-like template - I just HAD to use it! It was just too fun. I combined it with a bunch of other of her super fun goodies - and this is what I came up with! I just love how it turned out - I love it when things just go together for me!! Here is the template that started the page - it's called "A Little Piece of My Heart" The majority of the goodies aren't released yet - they will be released to this Buffet starting February 1st! Check it out! Stalk it - they will be $1 on the 1st of February!! Now of course I need more than just one photo for my page - I remembered this fun template from her "Stand Out From the Crowd" template pack. I hadn't gotten a chance to use this particular template from the pack yet - so it was perfect! And I loved the heart paper in this pack (I remember using it in the past!) So I dug it out of my supplies and did a little recoloring! And I used to HATE alphas - now I can hardly scrap a page without one - so I went rummagine some more through her goodies - and came across this! How perfect - it even came in brown so I didn't have to recolor! I think that about sums up my page! I hope you enjoy it! :D

I got a GSO!

So I scraplifted a page to make my title page in preparation of getting my 2011 P365 book printed. I LOVED how it turned out - and apparently so did the gals at Me So Scrappy! Who-Village releasing at GingerScraps!

December is here! Christmas is just around the corner - and things are chaotic as ever in my house - how about yours? Between Halloween, MN Hunting, WI Hunting, Thanksgiving, and leaving for Arizona in 13 days - things are CRAZY. Not to mention I know have two of my three children on amoxicillin - boy are we having fun yet?!

Anyways - with December brings a new buffet at GingerScraps!! I had the privilege to work with a bunch of the pieces this week - and I must admit - they're all AWESOME! I had such a blast working with them - it put me in the Christmas Spirit (despite the craziness at my house!)
