I'm so excited!! I'm officially a CT member for Statements by Jodi!! So far she has been fantastic to work with and patient with my 1/2 a billion questions! LOL!
I just got one of her recent kits - her part of the "School Days" Collab Kit with Scrappy Cocoa. The kit is called "Elementary" and is going to be PERFECT for scrapping the pics I took of Trev the other day at his new preschool (he starts Wed - eek!) Anyways - here's the kit (and its linked to her store!) Just wanted to show it to you all - go check it out its awesome!! And as soon as I get a chance to scrap with it - I'll be posting that as well!!
I just participated in another SS over at GingerScraps - they are just so much fun - it might have just picked me up from my SLUMP of scrapping :D Thanks Becka for hosting I had a blast!! Here's the LO I created (image is linked - go leave me some LOVE please! Also you can find all the credits in the description there! LOL)
Just wanted to say HI to everyone - altho I don't think anyone actually reads this - LOL! My goal this week is to get back to scrapping - I've spent the last few just gathering up some good supplies - still trying to overcome "the crash"! I'll still never be over the fact that I lost 3 months worth of photos (or about 60 LOs...) but I'm slowly building up my kit collection again - so I can just move on. I'm still trying to decide if I want to redo all those pages I lost or just print low res versions of them (thanks to my uploading most of them to Facebook I at least can see the work I did at one point....)
Ok - that's all - Hopefully I'll be back this week with some new LOs :D
Well the tribe has spoken - and I'm officially off the island :(
It was a fun challenge while it lasted - I had a feeling this would be the week I would go home - there were a lot of us who did. I just didnt have a big alliance like some of the others. Oh well - now back to my "real" scrapping :D
WOW! What a challenge! We were supposed to write a letter (that took up at least 1/4 of our page) to a loved one. I struggle with journaling as it is - let alone a letter that takes up 1/4 of the page!! So I struggled till the last possible minute (well close - LOL) and just gave up and posted my LO. I still wanted to change the journaling a bunch - but just left it as it was. I hope it gets me through till next week!!
Here's the LO - please leave me some love (and VOTE!) (image is linked to the forum - where you will also find all the credits!)
Alright - even if you completed the Immunity Challenge for this week - we were still required to complete the regular challenge - otherwise we'd be out.
This week's challenge was to go look in the gallery (see the Survivor Gallery here) and scraplift a LO from another contestant. I chose to scraplift this LO from Redhead (LO is linked to her gallery - leave her some LOVE for this GORGEOUS LO!)
Not only did I just love her LO overall - it's soo cute - how could you not!?! But my eye was caught with her circle sun filled with the small square photos - and it reminded me of a softball! I was then reminded of all these adorable photos of my oldest child - and figure'd it'd be perfect for the LO - so here it is! (again image is linked to gallery, where the credits can be found - please leave LOVE while you're there!)
Ok for Week 2 we were supposed to create a camp with the 10 things that we couldnt survive without - I kind of mis-read the instructions (and for some reason didn't get the "create a camp" part of the challenge) but thankfully Ginger was sweet enough to count it anyways!
So here's my take on the Challenge: (again image is linked to gallery - please go leave me some LOVE!)
I'm going to do a little back-tracking here - just to catch up on the whole "Survivor" thing going on at Gingerscraps (have I mentioned how much I'm loving that place? LOL - talk about addicting - I'm worried it's beginning to take away from my scrapping tho!!)
Ok - here is/was my first entry:
The LO is linked to the gallery - where you can find the credits (and leave me a little LOVE if you want!)
I just want to publicly thank Digi Designs by Nicole for all of her awesome freebies and kits that she designs. I have used her part of the "Take a Dip" Collab Kit for my Blog Header. Doesn't she do gorgeous work?
Head over to her blog and check it out (and leave her some love!)
